How to tap:

  • Gently tap on each point 7-9 times

  • You’re welcome to just place your fingers on a point if you prefer less stimulation

  • Or you can skip a point completely, if it feels uncomfortable for you

  • Gentle stretching and a good nights sleep is always advised :) but especially after an EFT Session
