I deliver corporate wellbeing and emotional resilience sessions for organisations who want to support their teams with practical, evidence-based tools for managing stress.

Ifalase has over 15 years of training, coaching and facilitation experience across a range of organisations, from charities to start-ups, from scale ups to FTSE 100s.
As a certified coach and mentor, she has worked intensively with leaders, coaches and graduates to build self-awareness, uncover unconscious biases and lead authentically with a coach approach.
Ifalase’s facilitation style, is calm, engaging and focussed on creating psychologically safe spaces for brave conversations, that allow for self-reflection, and growth.
Her corporate background in the world of Organisational Psychology, began at the consultancy MindGym in 2015, where she supported, a range of FTSE 100 organisations, including Versace with their Global Leadership programme, to reach IPO.
Since then, Ifalase has designed and facilitated:
12-month Leadership Programmes for MatchesFashion.com, charities, Scope & Teenage Cancer Trust, Mace Consulting, and the domestic abuse charity, Solace Women's Aid, specialising in creating self-awareness, delegation and relationship building, through 360 feedback, coaching and workshops
Led Neuroscience of Wellbeing & Resilience Trainings & Workshops for over 30 organisations
Facilitated Graduate Development sessions, for a range of financial and consulting institutions, including Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, and HSBC
Supported White Stuff, as an in-house Learning & Development Partner, to boost profits by 130%, through management development and conflict workshops
Her approach is informed, by her training in Psychology (BSc), Neuroscience, NLP, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, and as an Advanced EFT Practitioner, supporting clients one to one, with Anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD.
She currently leads the design and facilitation of development programmes supporting a network of over 1,000 coaches to enhance their coaching through building cultural awareness and understanding the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
