From Anxiety to Confidence
Feeling out of place at work?
Lost your confidence?
I help you navigate returning to work as a new mother - so you can feel like YOU again.
Ifalase McGowan is a Maternity Leave Transition Coach and Advanced EFT Practitioner.
She's a Perinatal Wellbeing Specialist & Retreat Leader
Ifalase has spent the last 5 years specialising in supporting women through one of life's most significant transitions - navigating career and identity shifts during the perinatal period.
After witnessing the common struggles that women face when preparing for or returning from maternity leave, she dedicated her practice to providing holistic support during this crucial time.
She combines her expertise as a coach and therapist with advanced EFT tapping, breathwork facilitation, and yoga teaching to address the full spectrum of challenges women face - from career conversations and confidence building to birth trauma release and anxiety management.
At the heart of her mission, she believes that when mothers thrive, families thrive.
She works to create supportive communities where women can embrace their new identity as working mothers, build the confidence to pursue their career goals, and establish work-life balance that honours both their professional ambitions and their role as mothers…
…..because a mother's wellbeing during the perinatal period directly impacts her child's development and sets the foundation for their family's future.
Ways that I can support you
“I just wanted to say a big thank you for all the hard work you’ve put into the graduate and line manager training in the last three months.
It’s had a real impact."
