Arrival & Grounding
We'll begin by creating safety in your body and mind. You'll learn to recognize your stress patterns and understand where they live in your nervous system.
20-45 Minutes
Gentle Release Work
Through guided somatic exercises and breathwork, you'll begin releasing the accumulated stress and tension that keeps triggering your reactive responses.
45-75 Minutes
Deep Recoding Process
Settled in your comfortable nest, you'll be guided through a profound relaxation experience where the actual rewiring happens. This is where old patterns soften and new possibilities emerge.
75-90 Minutes
Integration & Reflection
Gentle reorientation and space for journaling. You'll leave with clarity about your experience and simple practices to support your continued transformation.
What You'll Need
🏠 Private Space
A quiet room where you won't be interrupted for 90 minutes. Let your family know this is your time.
🛋️ Comfortable Nest
Create a cozy space with blankets, cushions, or pillows where you can lie down comfortably during the deep work.
