How it works
Format:
16 sessions delivered over 12 months
In-person, retreat-style format at a dedicated venue
One cohort per year — maximum 12 leaders
6 full-day group meetups throughout the year
Action learning sets between sessions (peer-led)
Individual coaching between group days
Guest speakers on influence, delegation, and communication
